Status Glow Policies

Spray Tan policies

 

  • A 50% deposit for spray tan appointments will be required when making your online booking effective from 16/10/2023. These deposits are non-refundable.

  • Appointments can be changed within 48hrs without losing your deposit.

  • Appointments changed within 24hrs or less will result in a loss of your deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if client does not show up for their appointment and/or client cancels their appointment and/or changes their appointment within 24hrs.

  • Pre-paid spray tan appointments can be changed up to 24hrs of your appointment.

  • Pre-paid spray tan appointments are non-refundable within 24hrs or less of your appointment if you, the client cancels the appointment, does not show up, falls sick or cancels due to external reasons.

  • The remainder of your payment will be taken on arrival for your appointment.

  • Spray tan credits are non-refundable.

  • Spray tan credits cannot be transferred to sunbed minutes - sunbed minutes must be purchased separately.

  • Spray tan sessions come with a six month expiry date from date of purchase.

Sun bed Policies

 

  • Sunbed services are strictly R18 services. Photo I.D will be required for minors.

  • New clients to sunbed services are required to complete a skin assessment to verify skin type.

  • Under no circumstances are skin type 1 clients permitted to receive sunbed services as set out by the New Zealand Ministry of Health Guidelines. 

  • Sunbed clients must wait 48 hours between sunbed sessions.

  • Sunbed minutes are non-refundable.

  • Sunbed minutes (both casual minutes and packages) come with a six month expiry date from date of purchase which is logged in our system. There are no refunds for expired minutes.
